Dr. Pete’s Lemon Squares - Baking Mix

Our easy and fast baking mixes are delicious. They are ready in 30 minutes and are rich, moist and dense. In fact, maybe we should have named them "Lemon Chewies". Just add butter and an egg for a mouth watering treat. Let your creative juices flow by adding some blueberries or coconut for great variations.

These Lemon Squares are bursting with flavor! Just add 3/4 stick of butter and 1 egg to the mix and bake for 20-22 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, and you have a moist, dense and intensely delicious dessert!
